Of course the standard skewers are good, but the special skewers included plenty of salmon roe, a dream team of sea urchin and caviar, and fantastic seafood & meat skewers! I personally love and recommend the cheese skewers. The a la carte dishes were also amazing, with special props to the sakura yukoe, which will literally melt in your mouth! And don't forget about the colorful drinks, which contains some luxurious fruit like shine muscats.
